In term 3 Primary 4 were the Pupil Council for part of the term. They decided to look at the spaces that we use at playtime and how we use them.

They visited each part of the playground and we spoke about how the areas are used, who plays there and the kind of games and activities we can play there.

They have been thinking about how to improve the playground.

They asked about getting new playground equipment but this takes a long time to organise and is very expensive.

They think that there are lots of games that the pupils could play together that lots of people enjoy. They thought that when they play games outside they should all try to make sure that no-one gets hurt and everyone has a nice time.

Some games they thought everyone would enjoy are:

banana catchy, toilet tag and red light green light.
