On Friday everyone wore their onesie or pyjamas to school to help raise money for Type One Diabetes research.
There are 29,000 bairns living with type 1 diabetes in the UK and that includes someone in our school. So to raise awareness of World Diabetes Day (14th of November) we wore our onesies! We were supposed to do this last Friday but unfortunately the school was closed due to storm Abigail.
A huge well done to everyone at Tingwall Priamry School as we raised an amazing £372.37!
The event was a huge success and great fun was had by all.
We think it looks a lot of fun.
That looks like loads of fun. Whats your favourite bit of the day?
We dressed up in our pyjamas for children in need . Well done for raising all that money.
My favourite part of the day was eating the home bakes.
