After doing lots of work on The Little Red Hen story, we thought it would be a great idea to make some bread!\u00a0 It was very simple and straight forward as we used a bread maker.\u00a0 We added bread mix which looked like flour and added water.\u00a0 We had to wait a couple of hours for the bread to bake.\u00a0 While we waited, we noticed the hens from the house next door had escaped and were in the playground!\u00a0 We tried to get them back into their coup but failed.\u00a0 When we returned to the classroom we could smell the bread!\u00a0 It was a delicious smell.\u00a0 We all enjoyed fresh, warm bread and practised spreading butter ourselves.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
