Today Primary 1 & 2 went to Lerwick for a class trip. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

First, we went to Mareel to watch ‘Shorts for Wee Ones’ as part of Screen-Play week. \u00a0We watched 8 mini animations. We thought they were all great. \u00a0There were lots of really funny parts! \u00a0The majority of the class liked the singing pigs the best. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After the cinema, we went to the Learning Room at the Shetland Museum for snack. \u00a0Next, we split into groups and had a look around the museum. \u00a0We had great fun playing with the toys from the past and dressing up. \u00a0We will be learning more about toys this term. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to all the parent helpers who came on our trip, Leasks Bus Company, Shetland Arts, Noelle Henderson and the Shetland Museum. \u00a0We had a really great time!<\/span><\/p>\n
