Next HIIT this next week is below, again try to work for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds.

During S3 P.E. we will be working on Badminton on Mondays at Clickimin and Fitness on Fridays in the Engineering space.  The Significant Aspects of Learning we will be looking at are:

Badminton: Speed & Responsibility/Leadership.

Fitness: Stamina & Determination/Resilience.

Following our session today if you can manage the following HIIT session by next Friday that would be great.
