The bairns from ELC and Primary 1,2,3 had another fabulous transition day. We read Julia Donaldson’s Snail and the Whale, made snails, chose activities to play together, had snack in the classroom, PE in the multi court and lunch in the canteen 😁

P1-3 have been learning a few facts about Viking longships. They learned that they could be 30 metres long and 6-7 metres wide so we measured one out on the grass pitch. It was huge and the same distance as between the goal posts!
