Wednesday 14 January 2026, our S3 Biology pupils had the opportunity to visit the Cooke Aquaculture Quoys Hatchery in Unst, allowing them to see their classroom learning applied in a real-world work setting.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"328\" data-end=\"444\">The class has been studying selective breeding, as well as how varying pH levels in water can affect aquatic life.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"451\"
