On Wednesday 4 June 2025 we went to visit the NHS bus which is used for training actual NHS staff!<\/p>\n
W<\/span>e<\/span> had<\/span> t<\/span>o<\/span> complete<\/span> a<\/span>n<\/span> escape room and <\/span>finis<\/span>h the task<\/span>s<\/span> b<\/span>efo<\/span>re <\/span>the <\/span>t<\/span>i<\/span>me <\/span>was<\/span> up<\/span>.<\/span> We <\/span>learned<\/span> a lot of<\/span> things, including <\/span>how to dress a baby <\/span>after i<\/span>t<\/span>s<\/span> birth<\/span>, <\/span>p<\/span>r<\/span>act<\/span>iced<\/span>\u00a0C<\/span>P<\/span>R, <\/span>how<\/span> to give air to a <\/span>person <\/span>who’s<\/span> not breathing, and stuff about <\/span>EpiPens<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n We learned that you <\/span>loose<\/span> lots of heat out of your head so <\/span>that’s<\/span> why lots of babies wear hats. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n We were doing CPR on <\/span>dummies and<\/span> lear<\/span>ning about why they might be<\/span> shocked and how to give them to someone if <\/span>the<\/span> person is unresponsive. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n We learned about <\/span>EpiPens, why, how and when to use them<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n By Cassie T<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
