Burravoe Primary School in the South Yell and Cullivoe Primary School in the North.<\/p>\n<p>Our Nursery &amp; Primary Departments curriculum are designed principally in accordance with <a href=\"https:\/\/scotlandscurriculum.scot\/\">Curriculum for Excellence<\/a> including working to develop our learners\u00a0 four capacities: \u00a0successful learners, responsible citizens, confident individuals and effective contributors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What make us unique?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We can take 2 year olds into our Nursery environment<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Start of every term we share Parent Information Sheets to support Parent Engagement<\/li>\n<li>Our school librarian helps to develop literacy skills<\/li>\n<li>We offer lunchtime and after school activities to our pupils during the year<\/li>\n<li>We value outdoor learning and play experiences.<\/li>\n<li>We supply wet weather clothing to all our pupils<\/li>\n<li>We have a Confucius Classroom to deliver our L3 &#8211; Mandarin Chinese<\/li>\n<li>We are lucky with our local environment and our a biodiverse school grounds including small forest type ecosystem, cycle paths, school garden, 2 polycrubs<\/li>\n<li>We encourage all pupils to participate in Fit15 each day<\/li>\n<li>P7 pupils buddy new P1 pupils throughout their first year in primary<\/li>\n<li>We promote a Growth Mindset with a monthly focus<\/li>\n<li>We embed a Nurturing ethos &#8211;
