<\/p>\nFairyland<\/p>\n
This term we have been doing lots of activities around the theme of Fairyland. It ties in so well with our Christmas Concert. We have letters and packages arriving often with messages for us. These often link to a fairytale and then off we go carrying out lots of tasks around the stories. \u00a0Our mission was to bring back fairyland so we are doing our best and showing how our class has become a fairyland too.<\/p>\n

We have also started preparing for Christmas so have lots of tasks in and around the class relating to this time of year. \u00a0We have been finding out about the origins of advent and did some note taking as part of this. We made posters too showing we could use our notes. We are also writing messages and making cards, decorating our class tree and craft making. Elsie inspired us with her craft stall and crafts she shared with us. Alicia made a list of things we would need to make our own. Mrs K and Magnus both sourced peg dolls from Hobbiecraft to get the project going. We are enjoying being creative with them.<\/p>\n

As part of our weekly literacy work, the p2\u2019s have been playing games using their sound. One of the games was with Rona where she had them moving around the games hall looking for their sound of the week and then using it in a word.<\/p>\n
