Week 7 began with the state funeral of our Queen. \u00a0The school was closed and most children watched some of the footage on TV.
\nin P12 this week the children have enjoyed junk modelling, p34 have been using Google maps, p56 have been writing amazing stories and creating habitats and p6 and 7 have enjoyed an author visit from David McPhail as part of Word play. \u00a0He really sparked the imaginations of our young writers and was so engaging! \u00a0The p67 maths class have also been working at their place value in active maths sessions.
