Transition 1 – 28th April<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/h3>\n

It was lovely to meet all the children today and lovely to see some of the parents too. The children were really good at listening to instructions and were very engaged with the stories and ‘treasures’.<\/p>\n

They were great at remembering the different parts of the story and helping me with ‘beats’ in the words and coming up with ideas.<\/p>\n

Next session the children will be helping to finish the map and hearing more about Mrs Pirate’s adventures and who she met.<\/p>\n

I hope they all enjoyed their visit to the library and are getting excited about coming into primary one.<\/p>\n

Parents (no children please) are invited into school to meet with Mrs Forsyth in the P1 classroom. At this meeting you will be able to ask questions and gather information about your child\u2019s transition into Primary One.<\/span><\/p>\n

Opportunity to get onto a school bus, have a go at putting on the seat belt and a short bus journey. Outdoor activities with Mrs Forsyth and playtime<\/span>\u00a0with the rest of the primary school children, supported by Early Years staff. Moving up morning- your child will \u201cmove up to P1\u201d for part of the morning. Mrs Forsyth will run activities in the classroom. <\/span>At the end of the morning session EY children will go along to the school hall and have their dinner in the canteen. This will be supported by Mrs Forsyth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leavers Assembly \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tuesday 30 June\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1400-1500<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
