There has been lots of mark making both inside and outside the nursery this week.\u00a0 It has been lovely seeing all their creations and hearing about the pictures they have been making.\u00a0 Mark making is a great way to help develop our fine and gross motor skills and control over our bodies.\u00a0 \u00a0It is also a great way to build those muscles in our fingers to get ready for pencil writing later on.\u00a0 \u00a0It is also a great way for the children to be creative and express themselves through their art work.<\/p>\n

On the nice days the children have been very keen to get outside.\u00a0 There has been lots of great teamwork between the children when playing on the bikes.<\/p>\n

Some of the children used the Duplo to build a fantastic zoo for the animals.\u00a0 There was lots of super working together and sharing when constructing their building as well as lots of discussions about where the animals would live in the zoo.<\/p>\n
