This term we are taking part in the RSPB Big Schools’ Birdwatch.\u00a0 We will be surveying the types of birds we see in our school grounds and recording the greatest number of each one that we see within a 1 hour period.\u00a0 In preparation for this, we have been busy making bird feeders this afternoon.\u00a0 \u00a0Many enjoyed the feeling of the seeds in their hands.\u00a0 Perhaps the feeling of lard in their hands was not so pleasant!<\/p>\n

We hope that the birds in our local area come to visit us and enjoy our feeders.\u00a0 We will have the binoculars at the ready!<\/p>\n
