This afternoon Emma Chittick came into class to teach us about the use of drones in the World of Work. We found out about how drones are used in lots of different jobs and then we got to go up to the hall to try some out.
\nWe worked in pairs and had a drone and an iPad to fly the drone with. We had to fly the drones up to six posters that had been placed around the hall and then we take pictures of the posters and read tiny words on them. It was so much fun. There might be a few drones added to Christmas lists!
\nThis is the first time that Emma has used the drones with primary school children and she was very impressed with the P6\/7 class.
