What have we done today? \u00a0It\u2019s been a busy day with lots going on!<\/p>\n

First the class went to see Mrs Inkster for their Music class. \u00a0They have been working on, \u201cWonderland Tea Party Rhythms.\u201d \u00a0This has involved them using different phrases to help them clap out the rhythms. \u00a0Then they saw how these rhythms looked in musical notation.<\/p>\n

Grammar was waiting for them on their return! \u00a0Different groups were looking at different aspects of grammar… speech marks, homophones using dictionary work and proper adjectives.<\/p>\n

We took advantage of the nice weather to go outside to measure larger areas in metres and centimetres. \u00a0We found keeping count of the whole metres the hardest part when measuring the length of the multi court! \u00a0Tomorrow, we will try using the trundle wheel some more and we\u2019ll look at the different ways these measurements can be recorded.<\/p>\n

The afternoon saw us quietly reading…always a relaxing, enjoyable time! \u00a0Then we wrote out our, \u201cDiamond 9 Skills for Teamwork,\u201dideas. \u00a0We worked on these last week, deciding in small groups, which skills we thought were most important when working together. \u00a0See the photos below.<\/p>\n

Lastly, some pupils went through to Mrs Inkster to let her hear their voices ahead of choir starting up again. \u00a0She was very impressed!<\/p>\n\"1 (2<\/strong> votes, average: 1.00<\/strong> out of 1)
