Your new headteacher has finally arrived, yesterday!\u00a0 It has taken a while to\u00a0 go through a lengthy recruitment process and then at the final hour, a dose of covid delayed departure for a few days.\u00a0 However I am here now and feeling very welcomed, by the children, staff and the whole community. Thank you.\u00a0 I am very much looking forward to getting to know you all and I hope you will take time to make yourself known to me.\u00a0 Please forgive me if I do not remember your name and which child is yours-\u00a0 it will take a while to make all the connections.\u00a0 I am looking forward to hearing your ideas\u00a0 about how we can move\u00a0 forward together- to recover from\u00a0 the impact of covid and\u00a0 build on the excellent work of Mrs. Henderson and the wonderful team here at Dunrossness.<\/p>\n
