The South Mainland Team put in a fantastic effort at the County Sports Day on Wednesday, even though it rained all day.
They took away 7 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 4 bronze medals and 2 County Records which is a total of 14 medals.

Archie Irvine – 1st in 100m, 200m and High Jump. 3rd place for long jump.
Ciaran Morrison – 1st in 400m, 2nd place in long jump and 3rd place for high jump.

Our Netballers were delighted to receive the ‘Fair Play Award’ at today’s tournament. We are extremely proud that they were nominated by their peers for this! Congratulations to the team and thanks to coaches Fiona and Ruth for preparing them and to Janette for helping out and taking this great photo!
Our football team got through to the quarter finals where they lost on penalties! Very well done to them too! Thanks Duncan and Hansen for accompanying them.

FEEDER SPORTS RESULTS 2017
Tomorrow is Feeder Sports for P5-7 at Sandwick. The forecast is looking ok so some events may be outside. Please make sure your child has jogging trousers and a hoody or jumper to wear between events to keep warm.
Can I also remind you that Sandwick school is a peanut and pineapple free zone!
