Lomayana School were delighted to receive all the letters, cards and photos from our School. They have written back and Ms Scanlan will bring their replies back next week. She is really looking forward to telling everyone about the visit and the plans for future learning together. Here are a few photos from the school.
All the children in the school have been preparing photos and letters and messages to share with Lomayana School in Baringo County, Kenya . Ms Scanlan leaves on Friday evening and will arrive at Lomayana School with Joy Duncan on Monday. Jeremiah Lebene, their Deputy Head Teacher has organised lots of activities in school and the local community and everyone is looking forward to our partnership.
Next week our intrepid explorer Tammy is flying to Montpellier in the south of France 🇫🇷. He will be going to visit his friend Mignon le Macareu. The P5/6s have asked him to find out all about life in France, so we’re looking forward to hearing all about it.
Tammy is looking forward to his trip, but he’s never been to France before, so he’s not sure what to pack. I wonder what the weather will be like?
Mignon le macareu is so excited about showing Tammy around her home, she hopes he’s going to have lots of fun!
A bientôt et bon voyage 🇫🇷
