Well done Ellie on earning a Blue Peter badge. This is the first one I have seen in ‘real life.’
Ellie made a book and sent it in – along with a 4 leaf, 5 leaf and 6 leaf clover for extra luck.
We are delighted that Maria Barclay is coming to school to do some dialect singing with all our classes. She will be with us on Wednesdays for the rest of the term.
The Health Promoting Pupil Council and John made some yummy pizzas for Tuck Shop today. It was a sell out! I think we may need to have those again.
Thanks to Jason Tait from the Anderson High School we are delighted to have upgraded the school blog, making it easier for family and friends to comment and keep up to date with what is happening in each class.
Each class now has a blog instead of a page. This is easier for staff and pupils to update and also for you to comment on. We have stickers to show if your child has blogged which we will put in diaries.
Please keep checking and we would love you to comment. If you have any ideas or suggestions for information you would like to see, please get in touch.
Well done to everyone who received a celebration certificate today. You can see the list in the Celebrations tab.
There were lots of things to celebrate today! Thanks to everyone for sharing their successes with us.
While the weatehr holds we plan to continue with our whole school walks. They will be on Thursday at 2.45pm. Friends and family are most welcome to join in.
The Children get to walk with partners from different classes. We are all learning to walk on the right hand side of the road and keep as near to the edge as we can.
We really enjoyed our first walk – it was lovely and warm!
