For our big question we have been looking at materials and what we might use to build different things, i.e. bridges, towers, etc. The bairns were put into teams and had to create a bridge that was the height of a ruler and could hold the weight of a heavy book. The second challenge was to create the tallest tower out of marshmallows and cocktail sticks. Lots of team work, collaboration, critical thinking and communication skills were seen throughout the sessions.<\/p>\n
