Buddies (Tuesday)

We continued with our buddy time and the bairns look forward to catching up with them each week.  Next week we will also introduce a lunch session so that the bairns can become familiar with the lunch routine.

Outdoor Play (Tuesday-Friday)

During our outdoor play this week we have made a bug hotel, picked strawberries from the polycrub and played hide and seek.  The bairns have also made a sign to close the climbing wall until Trevor could fix it by replacing a rotten slat.

P.E. Transition (Thursday)

The pre-schoolers had their first P.E. session this week.  They gathered in a circle and each said their name.  Then they had to move around the hall as different animals starting with A-M.  They also played ball games and then came back to nursery ready for a drink and snack.

Imaginative Play (Tuesday-Friday)

The bairns are always engaged in imaginative play and this week has been no different.  They have created fishing boats, played doctors, travelled under the ocean in a submarine and kept the ice cream shop open.

Play and Learning (Tuesday-Friday)

This week the bairns have made biscuits to test why biscuits have holes, made fantastic creations at the work bench and used technology to find out more about dinosaurs.
