Writing – Alice in Wonderland.<\/strong> For writing this week, we have been watching clips of Alice in Wonderland as our stimulus. We wrote about falling down a rabbit hole, our adventures in our own wonderlands and how to play ‘Flamingo Croquet’. Here are some pieces of our instruction writing.<\/p>\n

This or That.<\/strong> We had to build our own wonderland or do something mindful. Have a look at what we did below.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udd9b\ud83e\udd92\ud83d\udc0a\ud83e\udd93\u00a0Big Question – Animal Adaptation<\/strong>. We have been learning about how different animals adapt to survive where they live. We researched structural, behavioural and physiological adaptations and worked in pairs to created posters which we will turn into a class book.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

Fabulous Friday.<\/strong> On a Friday morning, Miss Farmer is working with our class to do some ‘Maths in action’ which has a focus on baking this term. We discussed all the maths skills that are used in baking and then the first group of P5 pupils went to use these to make delicious waffles for everyone.<\/p>\n
