{"id":598,"date":"2024-03-21T16:43:49","date_gmt":"2024-03-21T16:43:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sh\/cps45202324\/?p=598"},"modified":"2024-03-21T16:43:49","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T16:43:49","slug":"term-3-week-11","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sh\/cps45202324\/2024\/03\/21\/term-3-week-11\/","title":{"rendered":"Term 3 Week 11"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Music Festival<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>On Monday we headed up to Lerwick for the music festival.\u00a0 This was the first festival since before COVID and a fantastic opportunity for the kids to perform to a larger audience.\u00a0 There were a few teething problems with the timings but the kids had an absolute ball and did such a fantastic job that the were invited to return for the gala performance on Thursday evening. Well done\u00a0 and thank you to the organisers, to Jenna (who accompanied them on piano), to Mrs Pottinger (who did all the preparations) and, most importantly, to the kids who were absolutely soldiers.\u00a0 The kids have loved learning about how they used their shields to create almost impenetrable formations in battle, they liked the turtle formation best.\u00a0 Later in the week the
