Costs are \u00a35 for \u00bd day and \u00a310 for a full day.\u00a0 Please complete and return the enclosed booking form together with appropriate payment in the envelope provided.\u00a0 Make cheques payable to Disability Shetland.<\/p>\n

We would appreciate if you could make payment upon booking.\u00a0 Please book early as this will assist us with making arrangements. Forms must be completed by Monday the 9th<\/sup> July to guarantee a place.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Parent\/carers must complete enrolment forms fully with information required to support their child \/ children.\u00a0 Please attach a copy of your child\u2019s School Passport if they have one.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition to the above planner we will also have other activities on offer to meet individual preferences which will include inside and outside activities.\u00a0 Please supply a packed lunch and snacks to be eaten during the day.<\/p>\n

Please also supply any essential sanitary items required for personal care.\u00a0 Remember to pack a swimming costume and a towel etc, should your child wish to go swimming.<\/p>\n

It is advisable to remember a jacket and warm clothing.\u00a0 We may take trips outdoors to parks etc.<\/p>\n
