PRIMARY TWO MATHS
Primary two are beginning to learn about place value. Here is a game which would be beneficial to play at home:
Place Value Basketball – Dienes Game for 5 to 8 Year Olds
They have also been working hard on addition within 10 and number bonds of 10. Having good recall of these will help as we move forward into addition and subtraction strategies within 20. Hit the button is a great game to practise these concepts with.

TERM ONE – Primary 2 Sounds
Primary 2 have been learning to recognise and use sh, ch and ng. We have used a variety of games, writing tasks and reading tasks to learn these. Please find the songs linked below:
