Gym today we went to the small hall
We went to the small hall for gym today. We did Sticky Kids and had to listen carefully to the lady telling us the instructions.
We had the new intake in to play this afternoon
We had a lovely afternoon with the new starts and their Mams, Dads, older brothers, sisters and Aunties in to play and to meet the ladies at Early Years.
We had both Morning and afternoon classes together today
🥣 Making scones for snack 🥣
We made scones for our snack today. We weighed out all the ingredients and loved getting our hands in the bowl and kneading it all together. We rolled it out and used a cutter to make circles.
At the end we both played with the dough. And made different shapes.

⭐️ VIP helpers ⭐️
We have all had a turn at being VIP helper now. We have enjoyed helping at snack time, baking for our snack, being the line leader and getting to choose the songs at story time.

We all enjoyed taking part in Sports Day today. Both classes got to do a running race. The morning class enjoyed watching all the races before their one. Afternoon class enjoyed seeing all their older brothers and sisters taking part in other activities.

Visiting the poly tunnel with Duncan (both classes)
We went to the poly tunnel this morning with Duncan to see all the different fruit and vegetables that had been growing inside. There were strawberries, pears, raspberries, apples, lettuce and loads of others things. We then delivered a lettuce to the canteen for dinner time.
🥣 We have been baking this morning 🥣
We have been making waffle batter and cutting up the fruit and veg for snack today. We had to pour milk, oil and weigh out flour, sugar and crack eggs.
