The P.E course for S3 is based on a variety of activities, covering as many aspects of Physical Education, Health & Well-being, Expressive Arts, Literacy & Numeracy.
Learning in health and well-being ensures that children and young people develop the knowledge and understanding, skills, capabilities and attributes which they need to mental, emotional, social and physical well-being now and in the future. Learning through health and well-being promotes confidence, independent thinking and positive attitudes and dispositions.
For the B.G.E., S3 follow a wide and varied curriculum where students each receive 2 periods of PE per week. The activities they may cover are:

- Volleyball
- Hockey
- Gymnastics
- Athletics
- Fitness
- Social and creative dance
- Table Tennis
