The people and agencies included in this team will depend on the needs of the young person. It will certainly involve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pupil Support<\/li>\n<li>Senior Management Team<\/li>\n<li>Class teachers<\/li>\n<li>Staff from the wider Support for Learning team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although this is not an exhaustive list, it may also include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with colleagues from the Home Economics and Physical Education departments to gain access to their settings outwith class time<\/li>\n<li>Education Outreach partners<\/li>\n<li>Social Work<\/li>\n<li>Partners in Health such as the school nurse or Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team<\/li>\n<li>School Counselling Service<\/li>\n<li>Employability Pathway and Bridges<\/li>\n<li>Skills Development Scotland<\/li>\n<li>Community partners such as Shetland Women&#8217;s Aid and Shetland Rape Crisis<\/li>\n<li>Shetland Befriending Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As always, supporting any young person with Additional Support Needs is a team effort.
