- Provide plenty of detail – ALWAYS explain WHY or HOW
- Refer back to the question – ‘The elderly man…’, ‘The manufacturer…’, etc
- Evaluate questions: Opinion – is this suitable/not suitable/good/bad? Fact – detailed reason why! Consequence – what will this mean?
