On Tuesday P4 \u2013 P6 went to Mid Yell for some coaching; there were only 5 of us going, Sue came with us; we went in a taxi. In Mid Yell, we were divided into 3 groups; there was a yellow group, a green group and a red group. Kerry and I were in the yellow group. We went and did three different skills; we did shooting, defense and a passing.<\/p>\n
In shooting we were trying to get the netball into the net in 3 different places; I got the ball in 3 times. In defense we were practicing how to block the ball from the opposition; there were 4 people in a group; one person was the ball, 2 other people were the blockers and the catcher was the last person in a group. In the passing coaching we did chest passes, shoulder passes and bounce passes. When it was 12.30 we went back to school.
