Micro-Tyco taught me that think about your team not just you or your family. You should let everybody share their ideas. You can\u2019t just be quiet because\u00a0you might have a good idea and you\u2019re scared someone might say it\u2019s stupid. It\u00a0\u00a0 might be a good idea and people might like it. Micro-Tyco also taught me to never give up and give everybody a say in things and write down\u00a0everybody’s\u00a0ideas, not just ones that you think is best because you never know their idea\u00a0might raise loads of money.<\/p>\n
You have to remember to never give up and if at first you don’t\u00a0succeed try again,\u00a0try again, try again. Don’t worry if you lose its not wining that counts its taking part and having fun.\u00a0 If we don’t win I don’t care because I had lots of fun and that is what really matters. \u00a0I would love to do Micro-Tyco again. I think it was really hard \u00a0to just start with one pound but it \u00a0got\u00a0easier when we got more and more \u00a0money. I hope that we have raised\u00a0loads of money, \u00a3250 or more. I\u00a0learned that when being a team leader \u00a0its not just about bossing people around its helping them and giving \u00a0your team some respect. I also learned about talking to people not just your team but your customers too. I learned that\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0when you are making a rota for your team don’t just put friends \u00a0put someone who is\u00a0confident with money and change and someone who isn’t so sure put don’t just say it\u2019s too hard and give up try it and you \u00a0might learn how and who knows \u00a0you might be good \u00a0at it .I have learned \u00a0that you \u00a0have to plan\u00a0forward and get the word out and remember to put out your\u00a0advertisement\u00a0on time or then no one will come to your event. I learned that sometimes you have to send out letters to people or ask them to do stuff for you. It depends on what you what them to do because sometimes you need them to donate things. Always be\u00a0prepared\u00a0for anything\u00a0because you don’t know what\u2019s going to happen\u00a0so always have another plan in case your first plan backfires. I learned about\u00a0global\u00a0citizenship. It\u2019s good to support people around the world. Instead\u00a0of giving someone \u00a3100 to buy stuff for them and their family it is better to give that \u00a3100 for them to start their own\u00a0business and earn the money\u00a0themselves. The money that Super Sellers have raised at the moment is \u00a3197.97<\/p>\n
