Today we went to the Polycrub and picked some beetroot so we could use them to make beetroot muffins. We had to grate the raw beetroot and that was hard work! We added some sultanas and some cinnamon to help the flavour. The\u00a0 mixture was very dark red. Laura put them in the oven for us – they cooked at 180C. We are going to eat them for snack tomorrow.<\/p>\n
