We have been learning all about Diwali this week, and have made Diva lamps and Rangoli patterns to welcome Lakshmi.
\nWe Made Diwali sweeties to celebrate today!<\/p>\n

500g dates
\ntin of condensed milk
\n125g ground almonds
\nDesiccated coconut<\/p>\n

-Chop dates
\n-heat dates, condensed milk and ground almonds in a pan on a low heat till it forms a big sticky ball
\n– when cool roll in to balls and cover in desiccated coconut
\nEnjoy!<\/p>\n
