Yesterday 2 people from the Glasgow Science Centre came to our school. It was really fun and interesting. It was about digestion. I learnt about the oesophagus and the peristaltic muscles. We did some experiments and they were really funny. My\u00a0favourite\u00a0part\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0whole\u00a0thing\u00a0was\u00a0the\u00a0exhibition. There\u00a0were\u00a0lots\u00a0of\u00a0things\u00a0to do\u00a0and they were all really fun. There were 3 puzzles of the body. I think the hardest one was about the brain. There was also a memory game, a light box to look at x-rays with, a thermal camera, a skin magnifier, a ten year age machine, 2 pig lungs but one had been treated like a smokers lungs, a multi-tasking game and a activity which you can hear people’s lungs with it. It was a really good experience and I’m really glad they came up.<\/p>\n
