The languages learnt are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>HTML<\/strong>, <strong>CSS<\/strong> and <strong>PHP<\/strong> for Web Design and Development<\/li>\n<li><strong>SQL<\/strong>\u00a0for Database Design and Development<\/li>\n<li><strong>Python3<\/strong>\u00a0for Software Design and Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pupils will complete an 40+ hour project in class time. This will assess pupils practical skills on analysis, design, implementation and testing. This will makes up 50% of the final course grade. The remainder of the course is assessed in a final exam.<\/p>\n<p>The SQA website (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqa.org.uk\/sqa\/48508.html\">https:\/\/www.sqa.org.uk\/sqa\/48508.html<\/a>) contains the Course Specification along with a Specimen Exam Paper and Coursework specification.
