As part of the &#8216;Technologies&#8217; element of the Broad General Education, pupils may choose Computing.<\/p>\n<p>The S3 Computing Course continues to develop CfE Experiences and Outcomes to level 4, but also prepares pupils who may continue with Computing Science\u00a0in S4.<\/p>\n<p>Topics studied include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer Hardware<\/li>\n<li>Networks and Communications<\/li>\n<li>Programming in Python<\/li>\n<li>Searching databases with SQL<\/li>\n<li>Creating websites with HTML and CSS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the end of S2, pupils choose subjects to continue in S3.
