benefits for mood and mind- improves energy, buoys mood and lowers stress in ways similar to aerobic exercise.\u00a0 It encourages social bonding- moving and grooving in rhythm with others helps you feel a sense of connection and sameness. \u00a0Music increases confidence; if you can loosen up enough to dance and move with music in front of people, you\u2019re a lot less likely to feel self-conscious speaking in front of an audience. \u00a0It also improves fitness, particularly as it involves movement in all directions.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
