Our vision, values and aims shape everything we do — promoting respect, kindness, curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Pupil leadership is central to our school ethos. We believe that children’s voices should shape their experiences and influence the direction of the school. Our leadership groups — including the Pupil Council, Environmental Officers, Junior Road Safety Officers (JRSOs), House Captains, Rights Respecting School (RRS) Officers, and Sports Leaders — give learners meaningful opportunities to lead, make decisions, and take responsibility for areas of school life. Pupil leaders regularly seek the views of their peers and parents, ensuring that a wide range of voices contribute to school improvement and community events. Through these roles, pupils develop confidence, teamwork, and a strong sense of citizenship while helping to make Stow Primary an even better place to learn and grow.

Through our curriculum rationale, we provide rich, meaningful experiences that connect learning to the world around us, celebrate diversity and build the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed for life, learning and work.
