The pathway will start in January and run until December 2027.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">The programme consists of 4 phases:<\/div>\n<ul data-editing-info=\"{&quot;applyListStyleFromLevel&quot;:false,&quot;unorderedStyleType&quot;:2}\">\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" role=\"presentation\">Values Based Leadership with Columba 1400<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" role=\"presentation\">Leading an Inclusive School with Emma Auty (HT Targeted Pupil Support) &amp; Kathy Davidson (Principal Educational Psychologist)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" role=\"presentation\">Evidence Informed Strategic Leadership with Scott Watson (Quality Improvement Manager) &amp; Paul Graham (Inspire Development Officer)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" role=\"presentation\">Project Based<\/div>\n<div role=\"presentation\">Candidates will be allocated a coach to support them through the programme. There will be an expectation that candidates attend each part of the programme (2 in person (Fri) and 2 twilight Sessions 4.00-5.30pm per phase). On completion of the programme we would expect you to be aiming to move into a senior leadership role in SBC within three years.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">The deadline for applications is Friday 30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October.
