We are now seeing a rise in completed Change Initiatives for the Education Scotland self-directed Middle Leaders Leading Change programme. If you\u2019ve started but not yet completed all the online learning, we are hosting sessions in May and June which will focus on how to complete and submit the final Change Initiative for review and certification. This is relevant if you are engaging individually or as part of a Local Authority group.<\/p>\n

In addition, we\u2019re celebrating<\/strong> middle leaders and aspiring middle leaders who are engaging with our middle leadership professional learning (Aspiring to Middle Leadership<\/a> and Middle Leaders Leading Change<\/a>) at an online event on Wednesday 21st<\/sup> May, from 4pm \u2013 5.30pm<\/strong>. The event will provide an opportunity to share reflections and hear about the learning from colleagues nationally.<\/p>\n
