Exploring strategies to support children, with a needs based approach. Ensuring educators\u2019 knowledge of policy and procedures for effective documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aims:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Session 1.<\/strong>\u00a0Wednesday 23rd\u00a0April 4:00 \u2013 5:30<\/p>\n<p>To develop our understanding of:\u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What neurodiversity is and the range of different ways that the brain works\u200b<\/li>\n<li>\u200bHow all children communicate their needs through their behaviours\u200b<\/li>\n<li>\u200b&#8217;Ableism&#8217; and how to be more neurodiversity affirming:\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&#8220;I accept you and like you for who you are!&#8221;<\/strong>\u200b<\/p>\n<p><strong>Session 2.<\/strong>\u00a0Wednesday 14th\u00a0May 4:00 \u2013 5:30<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aims:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To see how we can strengthen our neurodiversity affirming, universal support approaches through:\u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our role as the adult \u200b<\/li>\n<li>The learning environment we offer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Session 3<\/strong>.
