{"id":2073,"date":"2024-12-17T19:38:19","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T19:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sb\/professionallearning\/?p=2073"},"modified":"2024-12-17T19:38:19","modified_gmt":"2024-12-17T19:38:19","slug":"step-conference-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sb\/professionallearning\/2024\/12\/17\/step-conference-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"STEP Conference 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0STEP (Scottish Teachers for Enhancing Practice) Conference 2025 is taking place on Saturday 22nd March 2025 at Stirling Court Hotel and we would like to offer one free place to a probationer in each local authority.\u00a0 This will be processed on a first come, first served basis by STEP.\u00a0 Any other probationers or staff members who wish to attend and pay the fee are most welcome to register.<\/p>\n<p>STEP, having\u00a0evolved from ACTS (Association of Chartered Teachers Scotland), continues to provide all educationists with a forum for career-long professional learning.\u00a0 ACTS has run a highly successful annual conference since 2010 and the tradition continues, since 2014, with STEP.\u00a0 This annual event attracts not only classroom practitioners but also school managers, local authority representatives and probationers.
