When people reach out for help,\u00a0money guidance is often given as part of\u00a0wider support.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>We created this programme because\u00a0money guidance, and the skill set needed\u00a0to provide it, wasn\u2019t clearly defined.\u00a0Training and resources were patchy, with\u00a0this side of the job generally undervalued.\u00a0This meant many practitioners lacked\u00a0confidence in giving guidance.
