The aims are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to enhance leadership learning across pertinent themes<\/li>\n<li>to encourage critical thinking in leaders at all levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have some amazing news for you! <strong>Dr Simon Breakspear<\/strong> has agreed to lead our second Leadership+ session! This is being held on <strong>Tuesday 10<sup>th<\/sup> December, 9.15am \u2013 10.30am<\/strong>. <em>Please note the early start is due to international time zones as Simon is joining us from Australia!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In this session, Simon will outline the case for <strong>strategic subtraction<\/strong>. What if the answer to inducing <strong>positive change<\/strong> in our teams, organisations, and systems lies in <strong>doing less<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>In this provocative presentation, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unravel the misguided tendency to keep adding more<\/li>\n<li>Surface the power of subtracting, streamlining and simplifying<\/li>\n<li>Explore how to apply The Pruning Principle across roles and contexts<\/li>\n<li>Consider why pruning will require courage and creativity<\/li>\n<li>Apply simple strategies and practical tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We anticipate high demand for this event, so would encourage you to sign up quickly.
