There are 20+ hrs of video\/audio \u2013 each with tests\/quizzes \u2013 so the minimum time to complete the course would be around 22 \u2013 24 hrs. This doesn\u2019t take into account recommended further reading\/downloads etc.<\/p>\n

Accounts remain active for as long as it takes you to complete the course \u2013 and for at least 12 months thereafter \u2013 and may only be deleted if they have been dormant for 12 months.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Phonics Online Training<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have an additional 50 phonics online training licences. Please consider this in PRD discussion and when allocating new classes. This is a great resource for new teachers into P1. If you have any staff who would like a licence, please ask them to email\u00a0CLPL@scotborders.gov.uk<\/a>\u00a0and instructions will be sent on how to register.<\/p>\n

This course is divided into 14 \u2018modules\u2019. Each module is sub-divided into lessons, or \u2018parts\u2019. Each \u2018part\u2019 contains a video tutorial, printable notes\/video slides, links to downloads, additional video, resources, research papers and further recommended reading. Each \u2018lesson\u2019 in Modules One to Twelve should be completed systematically and the \u2018quiz\u2019\/progress check completed before the student proceeds to the next lesson\/part.<\/p>\n

At any point during the course, the student may click on the \u2018Contact Lesson Teacher\u2019 or \u2018Contact Course Teacher\u2019 button for email support.<\/p>\n
