Classes are set as in S3.
At the end of S4 sets 1-4 will sit exams for both N5 Mathematics and N5 Applications of Mathematics.
Two-thirds of the National 5 Maths course is completed by the end of S3. The remainder is completed by the end of December in S4.
Additional content from N5 Applications is taught in a short block prior to the Christmas break.
