We made a jigsaw for our classroom entrance.We had to colour in the jigsaw pieces and cut them out.<\/p>\n

We went on a senses walk.\u00a0 We had to write down things we could see, hear, smell and touch.\u00a0 We were not allowed to taste anything.<\/p>\n

I could smell grass. – Rory<\/p>\n

I could smell the fresh air.\u00a0 Elsie<\/p>\n

I could smell the leaves.\u00a0 Anna<\/p>\n

I could see the clouds in the sky.\u00a0 Isaac<\/p>\n

I saw a buzzard.\u00a0 Ross<\/p>\n

I saw an aeroplane.\u00a0 Drew<\/p>\n

I could hear the wind.\u00a0 Ayla<\/p>\n

I could hear cars.\u00a0 Jamie<\/p>\n

We made collage people to look like ourselves.<\/p>\n

In numeracy we were dividing and revising the 2 times table.<\/p>\n

This block we will be writing ‘descriptive text’.\u00a0 We studied a text about ‘The New Girl’ and looked at the structure.\u00a0 The structure is Title;\u00a0 Introduction;\u00a0 Characteristics and Evaluation.<\/p>\n

We have had a very busy week.<\/p>\n
