Everyone has worked very hard, learning and playing with such enthusiasm. Our sound this week was ie\/igh, and many enjoyed writing and drawing lighthouses again. We wrote a three part imaginative story about something that was \u2018found\u2019, and they were indeed very imaginative! We worked on \u2018number of the day\u2019, writing addition and subtractions for the number, numbers before\/after and spelling the number word. There were some ambitious sums, such as, 100-86=14. In science we collected different leaves and sorted them into groups using our own chosen characteristics.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1929\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sb\/p12021\/files\/2020\/10\/0C07ABE5-F35C-47CF-A76B-F0556A860552.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/>Miss Muir taught us signs for big, small, what, where, soap and towel.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1930\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sb\/p12021\/files\/2020\/10\/736E4E52-7FC4-4EA2-BE1F-97BBBC86ABAF.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/>We continue to learn through play, using our imagination to consolidate our learning and solving our own challenges.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1931\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sb\/p12021\/files\/2020\/10\/2FB82C48-95C3-4B7D-BDED-54C3DB2CD874.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/>We play literacy and numeracy games to practise key words and number concepts.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1932\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sb\/p12021\/files\/2020\/10\/30EEE39B-5AE1-4CC6-A30F-DDDE98D9C9F0.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/>Well done, boys and girls!
