{"id":2118,"date":"2020-10-02T11:32:17","date_gmt":"2020-10-02T11:32:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sb\/kpsp211617\/?p=2118"},"modified":"2020-10-02T12:18:19","modified_gmt":"2020-10-02T12:18:19","slug":"review-of-the-week-ending-2-10-20","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sb\/kpsp211617\/2020\/10\/02\/review-of-the-week-ending-2-10-20\/","title":{"rendered":"Review of the week ending 2\/10\/20"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have been working hard again this week.<\/p>\n<p>In science we finished learning about how the eye works and studied the sense of smell.\u00a0 We took part in a &#8216;smelling experiment&#8217; and<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Niamh didn&#8217;t like the smell of vinegar<\/li>\n<li>Anna would never have guessed the shower gel carton<\/li>\n<li>Maisie liked the smell of vinegar<\/li>\n<li>Annabelle liked the smell of soap<\/li>\n<li>Jamie not only identified soap but he even identified the brand of soap<\/li>\n<li>Lewis liked the smell of cinamin<\/li>\n<li>Olly hated the smell of garlic.<\/li>\n<li>Adam liked the smell of curry powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our descriptive writing was about a mystical, mysterious scene and a lake and Annabelle enjoyed it as it was imaginative as well as descriptive.<\/p>\n<p>In PE we ran laps around the school and also did long distance relay with the laps around the school.\u00a0 It was quite hard going.<\/p>\n<p>For Numeracy we have now started subtraction and for a warm up we used different dice to see who could reach zero first.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have been working hard again this week.
